<p><span data-contrast="none">The Voyager production team deliver products to third party customers, and to other Anduril business lines.</span> <span data-contrast="none">We are looking for a Lead Production Technician to join our growing team</span><span data-contrast="auto"> in Dublin. This is a key role responsible for owning the end-to-end returns and repairs process for Voyager products - from in/out processing of field returns through functional test, troubleshooting, repair reporting and return shipment - keeping customers, production and R&D updated at every stage. This will require hands-on test and fault-finding skills, confidence working across SAP and production systems, and a methodical, detail-driven approach to documentation. Just as important, you will build and lead the RMA function and team from the ground up — standing up the processes, tooling and metrics, and growing and developing the people who run them.
