What the service does

OneProfile keeps your career profile, turns your own work into evidence, finds jobs published on public company boards and job feeds, and writes a resume tailored to a job you choose. You apply yourself, on the employer's own site. We are not a recruiter, an employment agency or your representative.

Your account

• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be 16 or older.
• Everything you put in must be true and yours to share. Resumes are only as honest as the profile behind them.

What the AI does, and what it doesn't

• Resumes are written from what you entered, and every line points back to it. The assistant is told never to invent facts, but mistakes are possible.
• You are responsible for checking a resume before you send it. You send it; we don't.
• We make no promise about interviews, offers or any other outcome.

Fair use

You agree not to:

• send bulk unsolicited email through the outreach feature, or anything a reasonable person would call spam;
• impersonate anyone, or use someone else's work as your own evidence;
• scrape, resell or redistribute the job data we collect;
• try to get around the plan limits, break into other accounts, or attack the service.

Outreach emails are sent by you, from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, to people you chose to upload. You are the sender in law and must follow the email rules where you and the recipient live. We add your name and an opt-out line to every message, space them out, and cap how many can go out per day. Abuse ends the account, and we will disconnect a mailbox that is being used to spam.

Job data

Jobs come from public company boards and public job feeds and belong to whoever published them. We show them with a link back to the source. Details can be out of date or wrong, so always check the original posting before applying.

Plans, payment and cancellation

Every plan comes with monthly limits, shown on your Account page, because each resume and each email costs real money to produce. Today those plans are Free (free), Pro at $7 a month plus tax and Power at $15 a month plus tax. Limits start again on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) and are not carried over.

• In India, payments are taken by Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Everywhere else, payments are taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record: they take the payment, issue your invoice and handle any sales tax or GST, and the charge appears under their name. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• It is all online: nothing is shipped. A paid plan's higher limits apply as soon as the payment is confirmed, and resumes download as PDF straight away.
• A paid plan is bought one month at a time: one payment gives you the plan for 30 days, and nothing renews by itself. Paying again before it ends adds 30 days to what is left. Prices can differ by country: you pay the price for the country you are in when you pay, in its currency, including GST or sales tax where it applies.
• If you choose autopay instead, the plan is a monthly subscription: it renews on its own each month until you switch autopay off, at the price shown when you subscribed unless we tell you otherwise as described below. Switch it off any time from the Account page; you keep the plan until the month you already paid for ends, and nothing is taken after that. Deleting your account cancels the subscription too.
• Part-months are not refunded, because the plan's limits were there to use. If you were charged in error, or something on our side stopped you using what you paid for, write to us and we will refund it.
• If we raise a price while you are on autopay, we email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, with the date, so you can switch autopay off first. A lower price applies from your next renewal.
• If an autopay renewal fails, the plan drops back to Free until it goes through. Nothing is deleted.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; everything goes with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why when we can.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost opportunities, lost income or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
