The Finance PMO drives the strategic initiatives that scale Finance &amp; Accounting at Anduril. We own end-to-end delivery of system implementations, process transformation, and high-priority programs that directly support the company’s growth objectives. Our work spans Finance &amp; Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain — making cross-functional leadership a baseline expectation, not a stretch goal.

<h3>ABOUT THE JOB</h3>

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Finance PMO Team. You will operate independently with a high level of expertise, defining program strategy, driving execution across multiple concurrent workstreams, and serving as the connective tissue between Finance &amp; Accounting, technology partners, and operational stakeholders. You will contribute to function-related strategy development, inheriting ambiguous mandates and turning them into structured programs with clear milestones, owners, and outcomes. You will apply the right methodology to the right problem — running structured, predictive delivery for system implementations and compliance-driven programs while leveraging agile approaches for iterative initiatives where requirements are still taking shape. You’ll identify risks before they surface in a status meeting and make the judgment calls that keep programs moving without waiting for escalation. You will effectively manage complex, cross-functional programs and mentor peers and junior team members. The right person for this role has a high sense of ownership, has built and shipped programs in complex environments, and has the pattern recognition that comes from doing this repeatedly. Success in this position comes from a dynamic mindset, strong analytical skills, and an operating posture that balances speed with rigor — especially in environments with evolving requirements and high mission impact.&nbsp;

<ul>

<li>Lead a portfolio of strategic programs across the Finance &amp; Accounting organization from intake through hypercare — owning program strategy, requirements gathering, design, build, testing, production deployment, change management, and post-launch stabilization. You will drive programs end-to-end using the right mix of predictive and agile methodologies to achieve mission objectives and identified outcomes.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Design and implement reporting and governance frameworks that communicate program health, risk, and outcomes to senior leadership. You will contribute to how the PMO’s governance model evolves, not just execute within it.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Drive cross-functional delivery across Finance &amp; Accounting, Corporate Technology, Business Operations, and Supply Chain, managing competing priorities and holding program accountability across teams that don’t report to you.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Lead adoption and change management for system implementations and process transformations, ensuring the organization doesn’t just go live — it actually changes how it works.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Identify gaps in PMO methodology, tooling, and documentation and build scalable solutions. You will contribute to how the Finance PMO matures as a function, not just deliver within its current framework.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Mentor peers and junior team members, coaching on program delivery, organizational navigation, and strategic thinking.&nbsp;</li>

<h4>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h4>

<ul>

<li>12+ years of experience in project / program management, with significant time spent in finance, accounting, and/or technology environments.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Expertise in leading complex, multi-workstream programs in environments where requirements evolve and stakeholders span multiple functions. You have designed program governance and reporting frameworks — not just operated within existing ones.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Expertise in financial systems (ERP, EPM, BI platforms) and the organizational change that accompanies their implementation.&nbsp;</li>
