Job Description
R&D areas _ Power Assembly Interconnection Technology (AIT) for automotive & semiconductor products application
FE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnects
Simulation support for local and global product development projects and local plant
Method development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiency
Cooperation with international development locations and national institutes
Qualifications
Education Background: Computational Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable studies with a master’s degree or higher;
3-5 years’ experience in development field
Professional Skills:Knowledge about metals, metal fatigue or ceramics or polymers and material fatigue
Experience in the field of FE Simulation (e.g. ANSYS) and reliability analysis
Enthusiasm for innovative and technical questions
Good communication skills for the cooperation with international development locations
Soft Skills:Team player in cross-functional local & global team
Presentation w/ storytelling
Language:Fluent in English, German is a plus
Personality:Self-driven

Collaboration & Team work
