<p data-renderer-start-pos="641" data-local-id="3db7b8c101de">We are hiring a remote Trade Desk Support Engineer (Night Shift) to join our IT department and provide L1 through L3 support for service requests and incidents. This role follows a night shift schedule from 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM Central Time (CT). Customer service and production support are the most important aspects of this role, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues to maintain smooth operations.</p>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="706" data-local-id="6d17a07f558d"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Night shift:12:00 AM to 8:30 AM CST</li>

<li>Monitoring and alerting of critical trading system environments</li>

<li>Proactive identification and resolution of production issues</li>

<li>Development of tools and driving efficiency, stability improvements, and automation through scripting</li>

<li>Troubleshooting and resolution of complex systems issues</li>

<li>Production deployments of all infrastructure components</li>

<li>Off-hours pager support on a rotating schedule</li>

</ul>

<p data-renderer-start-pos="731" data-local-id="db73e6d3f6c4"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Minimum 3 years of relevant experience </li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Strong working knowledge of UNIX environment/Unix commands</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Database knowledge with sql - MySQL, InfluxDB</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Strong scripting knowledge - Python/Bash</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Minimum B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Ability to switch and track various ongoing tasks and issues is required</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Attention to detail in problem solving</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Ability to work under pressure within a dynamic trading environment</li>

<li data-renderer-start-pos="746" data-local-id="e095e464edaf">Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience using Jira as a ticket/work request system</li>

<li>Experience using Grafana/InfluxDB/Icinga</li>

<li>Linux desktop support experience</li>

<li>Experience with version control systems such as git/puppet</li>

<li>Network troubleshooting and analysis experience</li>
