<p>What You'll Do:</p>

<ul>

<li>Own motion design end to end across product, brand, and marketing at Emergent</li>

<li>Make complex AI workflows easy to follow through animation, explainers, and visual storytelling</li>

<li>Create launch videos, product demos, social content, and ads that reach millions of users</li>

<li>Design product micro-interactions, transitions, and loading states that make the platform feel fast and alive</li>

<li>Work closely with design, product, engineering, and growth to ship high-quality work quickly</li>

<li>Help build Emergent's motion language and keep it consistent as the brand grows</li>

</ul>

<p>What We're Looking For:</p>

<ul>

<li>5+ years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio of shipped work</li>

<li>Strong command of After Effects, plus tools like Rive, Lottie, Figma, Cinema 4D, or Blender</li>

<li>Solid grounding in animation principles, timing, typography, and visual design</li>

<li>Ability to take abstract or technical ideas and turn them into clear, engaging visuals</li>

<li>Comfort working at startup speed, juggling multiple projects without dropping quality</li>

<li>Clear communication and good creative judgment</li>

<li>High ownership mindset: you care deeply about what ships</li>

</ul>

<p>Nice to Have:</p>

<ul>

<li>Experience with UI animation for web or mobile products, and handing it off to engineers</li>

<li>Some hands-on experience with code (CSS/JS animation, Framer, Three.js), or a real interest in experimenting with it</li>

<li>Experience creating content for AI, developer, or tech products</li>

<li>Familiarity with 3D, generative, or AI-assisted creative tools</li>

<li>Video editing and sound design skills</li>
