Mission Outcome Lead

<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are seeking a Mission Outcome Lead (MOL) to join one of our Prime Contracts supporting the Government's Corporate Management Services (CMS) organization. In this role, you will provide senior technical leadership across a portfolio of mission-aligned enterprise systems, operating at the intersection of mission needs, systems engineering, software delivery, architecture, and technical integration. You will work across multiple products and technical teams to translate mission priorities into coordinated, technically executable outcomes; identify and resolve cross-product dependencies, integration challenges, lifecycle issues, and technical risks; and provide senior technical guidance to Delivery Technical Leads (DTLs) and product teams when issues extend beyond an individual product boundary. Successful candidates will understand the full engineering lifecycle—from requirements and architecture through design, development, integration, verification, deployment, operations, sustainment, and modernization—and possess the engineering judgment to evaluate technical approaches, challenge assumptions, recognize gaps, and bring the right technical disciplines together to solve complex problems.</span> <span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559740":276}"> </span></p>
