<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Program Manager, you will own how General Matter's manufacturing & production organizations builds its operating rhythm, acting as a thought partner to that leader on priorities, decisions, and day-to-day execution. You'll play a critical role keeping a fast-moving engineering org aligned, unblocked, and focused as General Matter works to build a domestic supply of enriched uranium and secure America's energy future. This role requires exceptional initiative, structured thinking, and communication skills — you'll turn ambiguity into clear plans, design the processes that let an engineering org scale, and ramp quickly on technical and regulatory subject matter. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and operates independently with limited direction.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
