<div><strong><em>Please note this is not a job post</em></strong><br><br>Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience in trade support, settlements, or reconciliations - if you’re interested in joining a team that sits at the heart of a fast-moving proprietary trading firm, we’d love to know about you.<br><br><strong>What this team does:</strong><br>Our Operations team is the backbone of Maven’s trading activity - working closely with traders across our desks to support trade booking, position management, P&L reconciliation, and the full trade lifecycle. It’s a fast-paced, high-impact environment where no two days look the same.<br><br><strong>You might be a great fit if you have a background or interest in:</strong></div>

<ul>

<li>Trade support or trade operations</li>

<li>Settlements, reconciliations, or clearing</li>

<li>Listed derivatives or equity instruments</li>

<li>Working closely with front office / trading desks</li>

<li>Process improvement and automation (Excel, Python, SQL, VBA)</li>
