<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Finance Associate, you will cross train in various FACT responsibilities to develop expertise in multiple domains. You will collaborate closely with operational and technical teams across the company, contribute to day-to-day operations, and brainstorm with other groups within PDT on implementing trading strategies. In this role, you'll be a core member of the FACT team—integral to running our business and building the infrastructure that enables our growth.</span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Support day-to-day FACT operations, e.g. cash management, margin analysis, tax estimates, compliance reporting, and counterparty management</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement solutions by collaborating with internal operations development teams and leveraging data systems and AI tools</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Liaise with external service providers, such as prime brokers and accounting firms</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead or contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses both within the FACT team and across the firm</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
