Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. An instrumental ingredient to making reusable launch vehicles is the ability to move fast. That is our goal for&nbsp;<a href="https://boltline.com/">Boltline</a>&nbsp;by Stoke Space, our commercial software platform that helps advanced hardware manufacturing teams integrate, track, iterate, build, and test efficiently.&nbsp;

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the&nbsp;Boltline&nbsp;by Stoke Space&nbsp;Integration&nbsp;team, you will&nbsp;sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success,&nbsp;driving integration projects&nbsp;(e.g.&nbsp;ERP and&nbsp;PLM&nbsp;)&nbsp;and guiding customers through successful implementations of&nbsp;Boltline. This role is ideal for a seasoned TPM&nbsp;who's&nbsp;has experience and is&nbsp;comfortable translating between technical systems and business stakeholders, driving multiple&nbsp;complex, cross-functional workstreams simultaneously, and mentoring others along the way.&nbsp;They should be able to&nbsp;dive deep into the technical details, business requirements and coordinate the communication&nbsp;on all levels along the way.&nbsp;

Responsibilities

<ul>

<li>Lead end-to-end technical scoping, planning, and delivery of integrations between&nbsp;Boltline&nbsp;and customer ERP systems (e.g., SyteLine, JAMIS, Acumatica,&nbsp;NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)&nbsp;and PLM / PDM systems (e.g.&nbsp;Teamcenter, Windchill,&nbsp;Solidworks&nbsp;PDM,&nbsp;etc)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Define data mapping, API contracts, and sync logic between&nbsp;Boltline&nbsp;and&nbsp;external systems working with Engineering teams&nbsp;</li>

<li>Identify&nbsp;and resolve data integrity, latency, and error-handling issues across integrations&nbsp;</li>

<li>Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk across concurrent integration projects&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

<li>Document integration architecture and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;guides &amp;&nbsp;runbooks&nbsp;for integrations&nbsp;</li>

<li>Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams and implementation partners&nbsp;</li>

<li>Create and manage relationships not limited to NDAs and SOWs&nbsp;</li>
