About the Company

Our partner is a fast-growing AI company building an AI product that works across Microsoft Office for finance teams. More than 50 firms are already live on the platform, and the company is expanding its go-to-market team in New York to meet demand from investment banks, private equity firms, and other finance organizations. The team is small, in person, and moving quickly.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you will bring an AI product into the daily workflows of finance professionals, running deals from first conversation through close. You will sell to sophisticated buyers who live in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and who expect a seller who understands how their work actually gets done.

This is an early sales seat with real ownership, working closely with the founding team in the New York office and helping shape how the company goes to market as it scales.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close

Build pipeline across finance firms through outbound and inbound demand

Run product demos and consultative conversations with finance professionals and their leadership

Partner with the founding team on messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

Feed customer insight back to product and engineering

Help build the repeatable sales process as the team grows

Requirements

Experience in a closing sales role, ideally selling software to sophisticated buyers

Background in finance, such as investment banking or private equity, or experience selling into finance teams, is a strong plus

Comfort speaking credibly about financial workflows and how AI fits into them

High ownership and drive, suited to an early-stage, fast-moving environment

Able to work in person from the New York office
