True Anomaly is seeking&nbsp;an MBSE&nbsp;Engineer&nbsp;in support of space and missile defense programs. This individual will serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;technical&nbsp;SME&nbsp;for Cameo-based MBSE model development and&nbsp;SysML&nbsp;best practices,&nbsp;contributing tothe development&nbsp;of digital&nbsp;thread architecture and ecosystem operation. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and governing system models across complex space&nbsp;and missile defense programs, while&nbsp;also assisting with&nbsp;digital thread architecture&nbsp;development&nbsp;and&nbsp;being involved in&nbsp;systems engineering processes in alignment with Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of War (DoW)&nbsp;policies and&nbsp;industry&nbsp;standards. This includes developing and managing models&nbsp;created&nbsp;organically, working with subcontractors and evaluating their work,&nbsp;and integrating&nbsp;models provided&nbsp;externally&nbsp;from partners and the U.S. Government.&nbsp;This position will report to the Digital Thread Architect/Director of Digital Engineering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Serve as&nbsp;a&nbsp;Cameo MBSE SME, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and governance for&nbsp;SysML-based system models&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop,&nbsp;maintain, and integrate MBSE artifacts supporting space systems, spacecraft, satellites,&nbsp;and&nbsp;missile&nbsp;defense weapon systems&nbsp;</li>

<li>Work closely with the Systems Engineering team in capturing the&nbsp;full-spectrum&nbsp;of&nbsp;activities using model-based approaches, including:&nbsp;

<li>Requirements analysis and traceability&nbsp;</li>

<li>Functional and logical architecture development&nbsp;</li>

<li>Interface definition and system decomposition&nbsp;</li>

<li>Verification and validation modeling&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>Support System of Systems&nbsp;Engineering activities and model integration&nbsp;</li>
