Part-Time Substitute Teacher (Preschool/Daycare) - $16-$17/hr

<p>We’re hiring part-time daycare and preschool substitute teachers in Oshkosh, WI and surrounding areas including Neenah, Omro, and Winneconne.</p>

<p>Earn $16-$17/hr plus up to $300 in bonuses in your first 90 days, working in licensed child care centers with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers (ages 0-5), not K-12 classrooms. Choose your schedule with flexible, part-time work. No teaching license, lesson planning, or grading required.</p>

<p><strong>Pay & Bonuses:</strong></p>

<li>$16-$17/hr (up to $136/day)</li>

<li>$100 bonus when you complete your first 8 hours in your first week</li>

<li>Up to $300 in bonuses in your first 90 days + additional hour milestone payouts</li>

<li>Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel</li>

<p><strong>Why This Role Is Different:</strong></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers when staff are out</li>

<li>Care for and support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities</li>

<li>Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center</li>

<li>Help with activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play</li>

<li>Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>At least 18 years old</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>

<li>Authorized to work in the U.S.</li>

<li>Able to pass a background check</li>

<li>Reliable transportation</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare, preschool, or similar childcare setting</li>

<li>Child Development Associate (CDA) credential</li>

<li>Coursework in early childhood education or child development</li>

</ul>
