Part-Time Substitute Teacher (Preschool/Daycare) - $17-$20/hr

<p>We’re hiring Part-Time Substitute Teachers to support preschools and daycare centers (ages 0-5) - this role focuses on early childhood, not traditional K-12 classrooms.</p>

<p>Earn $17-$20/hr (up to $160/day) with flexible, part-time work that lets you choose when and where you work. No teaching license, lesson planning, or grading required.</p>

<p>We are hiring Substitute Teachers in Green Bay, WI and surrounding areas including De Pere, Ashwaubenon, Suamico, Howard, and Bellevue in Brown County.</p>

<p><strong>Pay & Incentives:</strong></p>

<li>$17-$20/hr (up to $160/day)</li>

<li>Up to $300 in bonuses in your first 90 days ($100 for your first 8 hours in week one)</li>

<li>Ongoing hour milestone bonuses up to $250</li>

<li>Mileage reimbursement for eligible travel</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Fill in for teachers in preschools and daycare centers</li>

<li>Support children ages 0-5 through play and early learning activities</li>

<li>Follow classroom routines and lesson plans provided by the center</li>

<li>Lead activities such as arts & crafts, music, meals, and outdoor play</li>

<li>Partner with teachers and center staff to maintain a safe, engaging environment</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>At least 18 years old</li>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>

<li>Able to pass a background check</li>

<li>Reliable transportation</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred (not required):</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children in a daycare, preschool, or similar childcare setting</li>

<li>Child Development Associate (CDA) credential</li>

<li>Coursework in early childhood education or child development</li>

</ul>
